Groove to the rhythms of Big Night Out while perusing the eclectic inventory at Sarasota Architectural Salvage. Now that’s a rockin’ soiree.

Even better, it’s all in the name of Healthy Start Coalition of Sarasota County, a nonprofit organization committed to the health of pregnant women, babies and young children. This is the third annual “An Evening for Healthy Start” fundraiser, and it will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday (Jan. 26) at 1093 Central Ave. in Sarasota.

As Latin, Caribbean, funk and Motown melodies embrace you, participate in a silent auction and raffle for a chance to win a necklace by world-renowned designer Ned Bowman. Savor complimentary food and drinks from area restaurants.

You never know. You might unearth that ideal accessory for your outdoor sculpture garden while meeting your philanthropic goals for the year.

Tickets are $30 at the door, which gets you two drink tickets and a coupon to the shop.
